We will try our best to get back to you within 3 BUSINESS days of submission.

DEADLINE: All deadlines for events are on the 10th of the month prior to the month you are requesting to hold your event. Ex: Event date May 21st, deadline for submission is April 10th. We fill up fast for event space and times, and are currently booking 3 months in advance, so although you may submit your event up to the 10th of the month prior, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to host your event the following month. The earlier you submit the better!

Please note: this is the only form of Event Request we will be accepting. Emails, verbal, facebook message or instagram message to request event will be directed to this form for completion and acceptance. All other forms of submission hold no precedence.

It is very important you fill out this form with all the information required as we get high volume of event requests. This form helps us keep everything organized so we have all the correct information on file. Failure to provide all information will result in us having to decline the event request. Cost of Event Per Person

Are supplies cost included in the price of the event?

Yes

Total Cost of supplies per person.

Our maximum for events is 15 people per event. Please base your cost of supplies per person based on this. Example $10 per person, means that if your overall ticket price is $40, $10 of the $40 will go towards supplies and the rest of the profit will be delegated appropriately.

Date and Time Request

Please include two dates and times that you would prefer to hold your events. If this is an ongoing series, please include two days of the week you are able to hold this event. Ie Wednesdays and Thursdays at 6pm OR May 5th at 11am and May 18th at 6pm

How long will your event be?

Here are a few examples: 2 hours, 3 days from 10 am to 5pm, every Monday from 7pm - 9pm for 6 weeks.

What do attendees need to bring and how do they need to prepare?

Example: Yoga mat, water, journal. Or all attendees will need to come having meditated on their own for 30 minutes prior to event.

In detail, please explain what your event is and what will be happening at your event?

Please give as much detail as possible, especially if this is a workshop or certification that will be taking place for more then one day. Attendees will want a schedule of some sort. Example: Day one: focus on meditative thoughts. Day two: Focus on Tantric Meditation.

Will you need a specific set up for this space?

Ie the front room cleared, couch removed from back room, number of tables needed? Please note: we own a couple tables anyone holding event can use, but if you require more it is at your responsiblity to source any equipment or props you will be needing.

Do you use Facebook

This is not a requirement but something that is beneficial as our community has a strong presence on facebook.

What other social media platforms or networking groups/tools do you use to promote yourself and your events? Please list below.
